Rick can size up your posture needs from a photo, but it was great having him do it in person at the rally. He snapped his own photos, made his own notes, and had the seat turned around in under two weeks when I sent it in at the end of summer. I can now ride on-road all day without being crippled at the end. I've heard mixed reviews on Rick, but I found him personable, though busy and direct, which is fine by me. http://www.rickmayercycle.com/prices.html
