They work well and most importantly don't hurt my ears. I had to stop wearing these regular plugs because after a day or two my ears would just get so sore. I also like the little tube you can store them in and put on your keychain. These are used extensively already in the music industry and a riding buddy, Kenny the sound guy, turned me onto them.
