Motorcycling Offroad in Colombia South America

Recommended Posts

Colombia is a country full of offroad scenarios we can be on a day on a snow mountain and a sea cost. No dangers as the media show... flatlands with indians, the Orinoco River and the anaconda hunting, coffe mountains... ina Ktm 690 or 450 with #moskomoto panieers or even in a GS1200.. what do you think?

I´m going to look for some of my pictures of my trip but for the moment I  thought I'd leave this here in case anyone is looking for top places to rent ADV bikes in Colombia. Disclaimer: I'm affiliated with Viajeros Del Sur and rented with them, but I've listed the others we know and respect!

My current understanding of the rental options available is below - though please feel free to contribute to the descriptions or add any companies that I've missed.

Bogota

Elephant Moto* (http://www.elephantmoto.com//)
- High end, BMW only rentals, awesome tour guides and service.

Viajerosdelsur.co (https://viajerosdelsur.co/adv-motorc...tal-colombia//)
- BMWF800 and Royal Enfield Himalayan for competitive rates. No official tours but the blog itself has all the routes you can imagine in Colombia.

Adventures 57 (https://www.adventures57.com/)
- High end, a bit over-priced and has had history of going back on contracts.

Medellin

Colombia Moto Adventures (https://www.colombiamotoadventures.com/)
-Mid-ranged stock*motorcycles

Odyssey (https://www.odysseycolombia.com/)
- Mid-ranged Boutique styled*motorcycles*(<500cc, but usually modified)

Medellin Scooter Rentals (https://medellinscooterrentals.com/)

- Wide variety of bikes (mostly small cc / scooters, but they do have a BMW)

Paisa Biker (http://www.paisabiker.com/)

- Small cc*Motorcycles

Cali

Motolombia (https://www.motolombia.com/)

- Wide range of mid to larger cc*motorcycles

Thanks for that.  I've since been there 4 times and headed back next week.  I know elephant, endurolandia, epico moto.  All good groups.
