Comes with all hardware EXCEPT Gas Caps. These will take any acerbis locking gas caps or safari non locking caps. It will fit a 950 but you will need to purchase the block off plate from safari tanks direct. This is exactly what get from the MFG except the caps. I can ship anywhere in the USA.
