Steve Comtois Posted March 25, 2017 Report Share Posted March 25, 2017 (edited) Hey guys. 1990 dr250 bought for 250 bux needed a clutch pinion and tires. Put new old complete clutch assembly thats in good shape. I cant get the clutch to completely disengage. Not wanting to waste time i slapped the clutch cover on and actuate the clutch pinion arm with channel locks while rocking the bike back and forth with no luck.
