First place I'm going to look is the carbs, were they balanced after the rebuild? Did you install new slide diaphragms (KTM p/n 60031035000)? Tiny hairline cracks in these diaphragms are hard to see with the eye but can result in a big loss of power as it doesn't allow the needle to open fully. Also, take your boot off the rear brake lever... 🤪1 point
