  2. That video is great! Love the Cash track. For a second there I was like "I don't think Jonathan's last name is Giant!" Then I got it.

  4. It had been a long time since I rode with Eric and it was the perfect event to join in on some action! Met some very cool like minded folks. Nuts for motos, dirt, scenery and commodorie! I had the opportunity to see this from another angle as I took my wife on board two up on a few of the tracks. A great challenge for us. Not too many folks take their spouses two up on dirt. But we must not be regular folks right? It was very cool to see some new adventure riders and some veteran adventure riders. Our community is very small, but when we get together we make it a big event. Well done Giants! Hope to see more pics and video from the other riders. Hope you enjoy!

  5. I think I would just run UHD tubes. I did this for my Southwest tour (incl COBDR) and had no problems (ran about 20 psi on my KTM690E). I also selected a firm walled tire with harder rubber compound to help preven flats. in my last 10,000 never a problem.

  6. Well, this was my first time on dirt since I was about 14 yrs old (I had an XR100 then) and I must say it was a challenge. Yes, my first time on real dirt. coming from 25 years of street, it was quite an eye opener. I have only had my F800 for a couple of months, but this ride definitely showed me how much I have to learn. I had my first get-off ever on this route, and the crap ass hepco-becker crash bars I had on actually bent and cracked my fairing. I also want to say thanks to the guys who were with me on this adventure. Without you all I wouldn't have made it.
