  1. Hello from B.C. Canada! Glad to find this site. Looks like there are lots of like minded people here. Bought a 2012 KTM 990 Adventure last year and been loving it ever since, went on the first big trip this summer 7,000k in 13 days. There is nothing like this kind of adventure! Anyway glad to meet you all. Stu

  3. Hey New here but thought it looked like a good spot to share a trip video. We rode a couple of bigger bikes on a Western States adventure this summer; a 2012 KTM 990 Adventure and a 2014 Triumph Tiger 800XC Looking for another good ride. Any suggestions? I'd like to do all of only 1 or 2 states and really get off road the entire time and explore. Link to video Western States Adventure KTM 990 and Triumph 800XC DUAL SPORT

  6. Btw, similar to last year i won't be able to join for a full trip. If your route ends up somewhere within 100-150 miles of the border on 30th I'll think I might be able to join. Last year Erik VZ and I rode from Bahia to Ensenada, 330miles. Beautiful road but quite tiring, especially at the end where there are quite a few of smaller communities along the route. Nevertheless I had a great time even on a shorter schedule.

  7. I went there in May with my family. Great place. However a little run down especially for the price they charge. It says there "No motorcycles" for some reason so better check. This is a view from South overlooking most of the Oasis. On the horizon Laguna Salada dry lake.

  8. What Tyler talks about on the video is why I'm here and not on some of the other forums, I've never had anybody be rude to me on other forums but you see it a lot when somebody new ask a simple ? We all had those ? at one time and somebody answered them for us, sometimes I think new people just want to fit in so they ask anything hoping to start a conversation with somebody, let's keep this site clean, fun and at least pg rated. Happy trails.
