Superb bike that does everything very well. Had this bike for 3 seasons and it was spectacular. Also, contrary to expectation, it has been PERFECTLY reliable. Perfectly, as in: I had NO issues. Zero. Nada.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION MADE IN THE USA Made out of 6061-T6 aluminum, Titanium, Polycarbonate, stainless hardware and O-ringed. This offers a clean, leak proof cover that’s easy on and off, just like your stock cover. (No more than 10 Min. install time) -This cover is minimally thicker (overall height) than your stock cover which gives you room to install a Rekluse clutch. There is .375″ of protection in critical areas to prevent crash damage. -Also allows you to visually check for oil contamination when river crossings are often, or you have a tip over. (this is not a wet sump motor so this is not a sight glass for oil level). -This is an easy way to make sure your clutch bolts are not loosening up, catastrophic failure occurs when that happens. -Reuse your stock clutch cover gasket -Cover is fully rebuild-able if need be. -The stock cover may have a vibration dampener on the inside, this does not. Removal will not effect engine performance. -If any cover part should fail due to workmanship or materials, I will rebuild it with pre-paid return of item after inspection to original owner.

R&G Engine Case Covers are AMA Pro Racing approved. This R&G Racing Engine Case Cover is made from vacuum-formed thermoplastic and designed to fit the right hand side (RHS) crank case cover. Crafted from 4mm polypropylene for maximum ground clearance, durability and good looks, they compliment the R&G Crash Protectors perfectly. Lighter than the heavy protectors of the past, R&G Racing Engine Case Covers not only save weight, but can be quickly changed track side. The actual motorcycle engine case never has to be opened during install negating the need to replace gaskets or fluids. Simply remove a few bolts, snap the R&G Racing Engine Case Cover into place, and reinstall the original bolts. These could save you hundreds of dollars in the event of an accident ... Each Headlight Grille from Hepco & Becker is custom designed for each individual bike providing effective protection. These grilles are recommended for both off-road riding and regular street use to protect that expensive headlight. All Headlight Grilles come with instructions and are easy to install.

BMW F800GS "Murghab" skid plate When BMW first came out with the F650/700/800GS models it was instantaneously a home run. High quality suspension, Rotax-BMW engineered engine, spoked wheels, best-in-class ground clearance etc. With such features it was no surprise that the "little" GS became the ultimate ADV machine alongside its big brother, the 1200GS. Therefore, Outback Motortek was looking at some serious challanges to match the bike's legendary reputation. As always, our team has done its best create a crown jewel for any BMW F800GS/GSA and proud to present their final creation. We are extremely proud to come up with such features as the embossed ridges on the bottom of our skid plate that provide excellent strenght where its exposed the most: the bottom. Furthermore, it's important to note that these embossed ridges act as gliders to help the bike slide over hard objects with the least resistance. Protecting your engine from being covered in mud is just as important as providing proper cooling for the engine. Therefore, we designed the "Murghab" skid plate to provide sufficient protection from the harsh effects of off-roading yet keep the engine well-ventilated. Read on to find out about all the features of this product. Features: Protects crucial areas of the engine - oil pan, engine case, oil cooler, oil filter and exhaust header! That's a long list of very expensive parts to expose to any sort of damage that will reduce your bikes value in no time. Uniquely designed vent system - Not only unique but very-well thought out. No unnecessary holes were designed on this bash plate. As a result, your engine will less likely to overheat when mud and all sorts of debris from offroading fly at the engine and get stuck between the skid plate and the engine/exhaust header. True offroad and adventure shape - What does that even mean?? It means we have experience in building top-notch bash plates. We avoid designing skid plates that are shaped like boxes, have sharp edges and corners and will guaranteed to restrict your rides off road. Ours are more, to say, aerodynamic and will glide over and gently bounce off any object on your favorite trails. The only known design with ridges on the bottom of the skid plate - Ridges help the skid plate glide over hard objects with the least resistance. Most importantly though, these embossed ridges will REINFORCE the bottom of this bash plate without adding unnecessary weight. 4mm thick laser cut aluminum - Nothing is ever an overkill on an adventure bike, hence we choose to build our bash plates from this ridiculously tough and thick, yet lightweight material. Tough mounting hardware - No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from riding through (off-road) hell, rather than your bikes chassis or engine that are worth thousands of dollars. Stainless Steel Hardware - These quality bolts and nuts will always and forever look nice and shiny. Unless your bike is covered in mud and dust... Powder coated - if combined with sandblasting, it can be a killer combination to protect your product's surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual-Sport moto. Sandblasted to achieve the best possible adhesion of the coatings - it's an extremely vital part of our manufacturing process. Sandblasted surfaces will withstand most surface scratches and give you a long-lasting product During the entire manufacturing process quality control is in effect - we pre-fit our products three times during manufacturing, so you only have to do it once. 1.8kg/4lbs Fits most crash bars from other manufacturers. Prep for adventure with a set of R 1200 GSW Cylinder Head Guards from AltRider. The AltRider cylinder head guards for the BMW R 1200 GS W are designed to protect your cylinder head from the scrapes and scratches that riding off-road often causes. AltRider went to great lengths to engineer a system that distributes load across the entire valve cover. Bolts are anchored both in front of and behind the cylinder head, hits are spread out evenly to minimize the impact force. The cylinder head guards are precision manufactured from 1/8” (3.2 mm) aluminum, and compatible with AltRiderCrash Bars. The resilient face of the headlight guard is precision cut from impact-resistant polycarbonate – the same material used in bullet-proof windows. This polycarbonate is formulated with a hardened scratch resistant surface both front and rear. The face attaches to the stainless steel frame with a custom machined aluminum ball and rubber socket connection that provides a sturdy connection free of any vibration. These innovative fasteners make removal of the guard for cleaning a cinch – no tools required. The polycarbonate guard is also interchangeable with all other versions of the AltRider headlight guard. The stainless steel frame of the polycarbonate headlight guard is anchored on all four corners of the headlight to provide a robust foundation to absorb impacts. Unlike other available headlight guards, installation is simple and doesn’t require removal of the blinker stalks or any bodywork. The top is mounted using OEM bolts while the bottom uses provided stainless steel hardware. The metal frame is laser-cut and grain finished. The frame is available in brushed stainless or powdercoat black finish – both are incredibly resistant to rust and weathering. The headlight guard will fit both the halogen and LED headlights. The AltRider polycarbonate headlight guard also includes a specially designed glare guard. This durable vinyl decal attaches to the wind deflector below the windshield. The refined matte finish prevents light from reflecting off the windshield into the riders eyes.

Absolutely love this machine! It is everything I always wanted my 950 to be.

Made with 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) anodized aluminum, it replaces the OEM guard for a heftier solution. Louevers deflect kicked up debris, and we designed them to simultaneously direct air toward the radiator to keep it cool. The AltRider Radiator Guard attaches with OEM mount points and hardware, and is the only guard currently available that utilizes the lower middle mount to provide increased strength and protection. Plus, we made installation easy by making sure you wouldn’t have to remove the body panels.

We have more experience with the “heat sync-style” oil cooler than we care to admit. Many riders don’t understand how truely prone to damage these fragile components are. This component utilizes engine coolant to cool the engine oil—but with wafer thinalternating layers intended to separate oil and coolant! I′m sure we don’t have to tell you how important it is for the health of your motor to keep these two fluids SEPARATE. Taking an impact from a small rock can easily result in enough to damage to mix the coolant with the oil. NEVER A GOOD IDEA! Added protection, lightweight design and cost effective—defintely a no brainer in our book!

Hepco & Becker tank guards provide protection in case of an accident or fall. Custom designed for each bike to bolt on without drilling. All tank guards come with the required installation hardware and instructions. Please note that you can only install these if you have the BMW factory engine guards as they are used as an attachment point.
